Perry Ludy is an internationally recognized author, business consultant, and specialist in P&L management for cost reduction and profit improvement. He is president of LudyCo International, a consultancy that specializes in designing management training and development strategies for profit improvement and cost reduction.

Perry began his career in human resource management with Procter & Gamble and later transitioned into operations when he joined PepsiCo where he was Regional Vice President for 1000 Pizza Hut locations. He also served as President of Globe Glass & Mirror Company and Chief Operating Officer for Environmental Systems Inc, a company he participated in selling in the capital market.

Perry is the author of Profit Building: Cutting Costs without Cutting People, a management book that introduces a 5-step process for cost reduction. Profit Building demonstrates how organizations can involve employees in cost-reduction initiatives instead of laying them off to cut costs. The book introduces new business concepts that are being used by companies worldwide; it is translated into German, Polish, Swedish, and Chinese.

Perry’s creative and forward thinking approach is grounded in believing in the power of people and their ability to lead organizations in new and exciting directions.

As Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Lynda plays a key role in designing LudyCo International’s marketing and public relations strategies to achieve optimal exposure and maximize business opportunities. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and is involved in the strategic planning for all business activity.

Lynda’s background includes management positions with the Gannett organization and the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee (LAOOC) for the 1984 Summer Olympic Games, the most financially successful Games in the history of the Olympic Movement. Following the Olympics Lynda was selected to serve on the organizing committee that formed the U.S. Amateur Athletic Foundation.

Transitioning from sports marketing, Lynda expanded her interest in entrepreneurism by joining a telecommunications company spawned by the divestiture of AT&T, Operator Assistance Network (OAN), where she served on the management team that led the company to its exit as a trade sale to EDS (Electronic Data Systems). During her career in the telecommunications industry, Lynda served as Western Regional Manager for the North American Telecommunications Association (NATA), and Chairman of the Public Relations Committee for the industry association Operator Service Providers of America (OSPA).

Lynda provided the leadership that led to the publishing of Profit Building: Cutting Costs without Cutting People, a book written by her husband and business partner Perry J. Ludy. Together, they formed LudyCo International to promote the concepts introduced in the book and to embark upon other entrepreneurial ventures. Lynda’s marketing and public relations efforts have produced worldwide engagement and recognition for LudyCo.
